Having worked both in-house as an executive HR leader and as a Senior HR Business Partner for ADP TotalSource, the world’s largest PEO, Lauren brings extensive knowledge in managing complex employee issues, culture assessment work, HR infrastructure, and compliance-related matters as a consultant and partner to her clients.
