What makes you excited to come to work each day at this stage of your career?

It’s a true privilege to work alongside such exceptional people both across the PeakSpan team and within our portfolio. Every day, I’m energized by my peers and pushed to keep learning, sharpening my perspective, and raising the bar on the impact we can deliver for our partners. Learning from teams with best-in-class work ethic, ambition, and clarity of vision is incredibly motivating, and it’s especially rewarding to roll up our sleeves and work alongside these companies wherever we can help. I’m grateful to spend my days working with such driven teams while continuing to learn from leaders who continuously go above and beyond to build exceptional companies.

What’s a project or moment at PeakSpan where your involvement changed a company’s trajectory?

One of the most impactful moments in my time at PeakSpan was supporting the EdTech team during Abre’s Series A diligence process. It was an amazing experience to collaborate with the company and reflect on what the team had built and where the company was headed. After diligence, we were able to share many of our findings and takeaways with Abre, helping sharpen their approach to customer acquisition, customer support, and product roadmap prioritization - a practice that has continued long after diligence, as we are eager to help the team wherever we can. Since the investment, I’ve continued to work closely with the team on value-add initiatives, partnering on projects that support both near-term execution and big-picture strategy. Collaborating with Abre has been a powerful example of how PeakSpan shows up as a long-term partner, and I am grateful each and every day to support the partnership.

Why was PeakSpan the right place for you to do your best work?

From day one, I’ve been included in meaningful work and am trained and trusted to contribute, not just observe. Regardless of the task, big or small, PeakSpan team members lead by example and actively look for ways to engage the whole team. It’s amazing to be a part of a team that is constantly asking, “How can we be helpful?” and is genuinely excited to dive in wherever we can. Across our partnerships, being partner of choice is more than just a mission statement; it defines how we show up each and every day.

At the end of a multi-year partnership, what do you hope founders say you were known for?

I hope founders remember me for my consistency, reliability, and commitment to doing great work. I aim to show up for every team as someone who follows through, works hard, and is always ready to roll up my sleeves. I’m deeply focused on delivering thoughtful, high-quality work that founders and their teams can truly rely on. I love learning from founders and have immense appreciation and respect for their expertise. Most of all, I want teams to feel that my support made a meaningful, lasting impact as they embark on their company’s scaling journey.
