What makes you excited to come to work each day at this stage of your career?

At this stage of my career, what excites me most about coming to work each day is the people. I genuinely enjoy collaborating with thoughtful, driven teammates who care deeply about what they do and how they show up for one another. Being surrounded by strong leadership and a team that values trust, accountability, and mutual respect makes the work both energizing and meaningful. I’m motivated by the opportunity to support others at a high level and contribute to a culture where people enjoy working together while pushing toward shared goals. That sense of connection and shared purpose is what consistently pulls me in each day.

What’s a project or moment at PeakSpan where your involvement changed a company’s trajectory?

One moment where my involvement meaningfully impacted PeakSpan was supporting the operational execution of our Annual Investor Meeting (AIM), our most important yearly gathering for limited partners. AIM is a highly operational, cross-functional effort, and I contribute by helping build and maintain timelines, coordinating logistics, managing communications, and ensuring strong follow-through across many moving parts. By bringing structure, organization, and attention to detail to the process, I helped reduce friction for both the internal team and our investors. This allowed leadership to stay focused on content, relationships, and strategic conversations rather than day-to-day logistics. As a result, AIM continues to run smoothly and consistently year over year, reinforcing trust and professionalism with our limited partners.

What kind of problem do people tend to come to you with, and why?

People often come to me with process-oriented or detail-heavy challenges, especially when something needs structure, clarity, or reliable follow-through. I’m frequently pulled in to help build or refine SOPs, organize complex workflows, or ensure that nothing is missed in multi-step projects. Others rely on me because I’m detail-oriented, methodical, and thoughtful about how processes scale and hold up over time. I focus on turning ambiguity into clear next steps and repeatable systems. That combination of execution and judgment is why teams trust me with work that needs to be done carefully and well.

If someone worked closely with you for a year, what would they say you’re especially good at?

If someone worked closely with me for a year, they would likely say I’m especially good at representing and reinforcing PeakSpan’s culture. I’m intentional about how I show up, with positivity, respect, and a genuine commitment to supporting the people around me. I help create an environment where collaboration feels natural, communication is thoughtful, and people feel supported and valued. Whether through day-to-day interactions or larger team moments, I aim to model the culture we want to sustain and grow. That consistency in how I engage with others is something teammates often notice and appreciate.
