Andrew and Yanni are the co-founders of Steele Nash, an AI workflow automation consultancy built for scale-up operators. Andrew brings the GTM and operational lens – he is a former Operating Partner at Bow River Capital, where he worked closely with B2B SaaS portfolio companies on GTM strategy, pricing & packaging, and operational transformation. Yanni brings the engineering rigor – an Engineering Director at Gusto with 20+ years building software systems at scale, he bridges the gap between what founders want to build and what actually scales securely. Together, they represent the practitioner pairing that most AI sessions are missing: someone who has run the business and someone who has built the infrastructure for scale.
