We’re excited to share that our Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Phil Dur, was recently featured on GrowthCap’s Veteran Software Investor podcast. In this wide-ranging conversation, Phil reflects on PeakSpan’s founding story, our disciplined approach to investing in the emerging growth stage, and the core principles that shape  our partnerships across the B2B software landscape.

Since founding PeakSpan in 2015, we’ve grown to  $2.5B in assets under management (“AUM”), partnered with 58 software scale-ups, and completed 19 full or partial exits – all while maintaining the same we had on day one: supporting high-growth B2B software scale-ups and teams with intentionality, discipline, and deep sector expertise. Today, our team spans 24 investment professionals across New York and San Mateo.

Phil also shares insights from nearly two decades of software investing, drawing on his time at Investor Growth Capital, Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. He reflects on his academic and early professional foundation, as well, including time at Princeton, Stanford GSB, and the U.S. Army Reserve.
