Eddie Hartman is a Partner and Board Member at Simon-Kucher, where he specializes in crafting high-growth revenue strategies, scaling recurring revenue models, and driving go-to-market excellence for companies across the SaaS and B2B landscape. He works closely with both hypergrowth startups and established enterprises, including advising AMLAW 100 firms on pricing strategy. A successful entrepreneur himself, Eddie has founded and operated multiple companies with a combined valuation exceeding $3B, bringing a unique blend of hands-on experience and global consulting expertise to his work. He holds degrees from Yale and Wharton, where he was named a Palmer Scholar, and earned a project management certification from Caltech. Eddie is also a licensed attorney, a Global 40 Mentor with the Founder Institute, and a member of the Hague Institute on International Law’s Task Force on Justice.
