PeakSpan Capital led the round with participation from SK Ventures and SAP SE. MindTouch has successfully bootstrapped to profitability without taking venture funding until today. MindTouch will use the new funds to increase its product capabilities and integrations with companies such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and others, as well as grow its marketing, business development, sales, and engineering teams.
